New Commission for the University of North Carolina Greensboro Clarinet Consortium

In the Spring of 2021, the UNCG Clarinet Studio put together a studio-wide consortium to commission a brand new solo clarinet work from acclaimed composer Dr. Mikhail Johnson. Tomorrow night, we are delighted to welcome Dr. Johnson for a Guest Artist discussion and Q&A with our studio! We will be discussing the compositional process, the importance of making connections, balancing life as a composer and performer, and getting excited about our forthcoming brand new work!
