O Felix Caecilia! for Mixed choir SATB and organ (2017)

​Composed for the LAUDEM, the Association of liturgical musicians in Canada that organized a composition competition on the occasion of the 375th anniversary of Montreal in 2017. Inspired by the occasion of the Mass in honour of Sainte Cécile at the Montreal Catholic Church of which she is patron, this work is exuberant, majestic and triumphant; having the ability to take on many performance formats: from plain chant to full chorus, organ and congregation participation.
